Time Commitment
Monthly Alignment Meetings are an hour and a half, while Quarterly Close and Commit sessions and your annual Vision and Clarity Summit run from 10-5pm EST.
The bulk of this program isn’t in the sessions themselves, but in what you do between the sessions with the tools and systems you learn.

What to Know About BLOCS℠
What results can we expect?
Our systems are not a “one-size-fits-all,” and your results will depend on a number of factors, such as your goals entering the coaching and how you approach the systems. Some results our clients have reported include clearer priorities, stronger leadership alignment, hiring clarity, and measurable progress on strategic goals.
Can we reschedule a session?
BLOCS sessions are group-based and cannot be rescheduled. Teams that have to miss a session will receive self-facilitation resources, and have the option of one-on-one sessions through Leize the Way or an extra fee.
What if our leadership team is in multiple time zones?
BLOCS sessions are always virtual to support distributed teams.
How are services billed?
Monthly, on the same day each month.
Billing begins once payment is submitted.
Can I cancel?
BLOCS subscriptions can be canceled within 3 hours after any monthly event. Canceling clients are responsible for subscription closeout costs.
Do I need to commit to BLOCS to book a Clarity Session, Needs Assessment, or a Vision & Clarity Summit?
No. Each service can be booked on its own. BLOCS is ongoing support, but you can begin with a single session.
Should I underestimate the number of leaders on my team to save money?
No, for a few reasons:
1) Strong results come from having your full leadership team involved.
2) You may want members of your team to work with Leize directly.
3) Leize and her team prioritize larger teams for focused support during breakout sessions.
Is BLOCS a coaching program or a consulting service?
BLOCS is neither in the typical sense. It is a structured working system that helps leaders build clear priorities, steady rhythm, and real accountability inside their business.
Sessions focus on applying structure to active work, not abstract advice.
How much time should my team plan to dedicate to BLOCS each month?
BLOCS Monthly Refresh Sessions are 1.5 hours, while Quarterly Renew Sessions are full-day focused events, typically seven hours.
Much of what you learn in the sessions are designed to replace existing work with structure and systems that create relief, so while there will likely be additional time required outside of the sessions initially to learn, practice, and implement these systems, the goal is to reduce your workload altogether!
Membership & Cancellation Policy
BLOCS is designed as a structured leadership rhythm that works best when members participate consistently over time.
Membership may be cancelled at any time.
When a cancellation request is received, two additional monthly payments will occur after the request date. After these payments are completed, the membership will end automatically and billing will stop.
Because BLOCS operates on an annual, quarterly, and monthly rhythm, members are welcome to attend any BLOCS sessions that occur during this remaining billing period.
Example
If your billing date is the 5th of each month:
• If you cancel on April 2, payments will occur on April 5 and May 5.
• If you cancel on April 6, payments will occur on May 5 and June 5.
After these payments are completed, no further billing will occur.
Cancellation requests can be submitted through the BLOCS cancellation form.
